I hereby freely, willingly, and in my own interest give my consent (hereinafter referred to as the “Consent”) to Limited Liability Company “Specialized Developer Springs,” located at: 119415, Moscow, Municipal District Vernadsky Avenue, Vernadsky Avenue, Building 87, Block 2 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), as well as its employees, affiliates, and other third parties engaged by the Company, to send me advertising and informational messages (including SMS messages, email messages, and messages via messengers) to any phone numbers or email addresses I have provided. I also consent to the processing of my personal data for the purpose of promoting the Company’s services through direct contact using communication tools. I have been informed that I may withdraw my consent to receive advertising and informational messages by submitting a written notice to the Company. Refusal to provide this consent shall not constitute grounds for denial of any contractual relationship with the Company. This consent is granted for a period of ten (10) years from the date it is given.
