Summer Construction Progress Report

The summer season marks significant progress in the construction of the Springs clubhouse. More than half of the foundation work (zero cycle) has already been completed. Vertical structures of the -2 and -1 levels are actively being erected, while the -3 level of the underground parking is already finished. To date, over 7,800 cubic meters of concrete have been poured. High-performance concrete grades B-40 and B-60 are being used to ensure maximum reliability and durability of the building. These grades are known for their superior strength, frost resistance, and waterproof properties.

Every day, 250 skilled professionals are working on site, supported by two tower cranes that provide efficient logistics and help optimize the construction workflow. The construction headquarters has also been completed, enabling the UNIQ Development team, acting as the technical client, to monitor every stage of the project’s implementation on a daily basis.

In addition, UNIQ Development has finalized its choice of facade window system suppliers. Aluminum systems from the leading European company Reynaers have been selected. These profiles stand out for their exceptional reliability, durability, contemporary design, and excellent thermal and acoustic insulation properties.
