September Construction Progress Report
This summer marked a period of active progress on the Springs construction site. As of today, 50% of the monolithic works have been completed.
Over the past three months, 6,000 cubic meters of concrete have been poured. Construction teams are now working on the third floor of the building, while masonry works are simultaneously underway in the underground parking area.
Special attention is being paid to the facade of Springs, which will naturally reflect the beauty of Filevsky Park.
The tender for façade works was won by Nest, a company known for its impressive portfolio — including glazing for Dream Island, the Cosmos Hotel on New Arbat, and Terminal B at Sheremetyevo Airport.
An outdoor working mock-up (MOKAP) has been completed, allowing the team to finalize key exterior design elements. The window aluminum profile color has been confirmed as RAL 1019. A custom metallic shade with subtle sparkles and inclusions has been developed for the aluminum cladding panels, along with the precise paint application technique for the structures.
For the façade, SCHÜCO aluminum systems have been selected, and production is already underway. In the penthouses, ultra-thin Hi-Finity sliding systems from the European company Reynaers will be installed.
The glass supplier has also been confirmed — AIG, formerly part of AGC Glass Europe, the European division of AGC Inc.. AIG is one of the world’s leading glass manufacturers. For Springs, the developers chose Crystalvision, a new-generation extra-clear glass that offers exceptional neutrality and color rendering. The same type of glass was used in landmark projects such as the Zaryadye Concert Hall, GES-2 Center for Contemporary Art, Sberbank Headquarters, and several towers in Moscow City.
A tender is currently underway for the next stage — installation of water supply, sewage, air conditioning, and ventilation systems.
UNIQ Development specialists have already connected the building to the city’s utilities and infrastructure networks.ember
