Springs at A-House

UNIQ Development has partnered with A-House, a private club space in central Moscow, as part of a special project with A-House Cafe.

As part of this collaboration, the space has been adorned with minimalist fresh floral arrangements, and the café menu now features a spring-inspired selection of refreshing drinks and smoothies under the Springs brand — echoing the company’s flagship project nestled near Filevsky Park. Springs is the first residential development in Moscow to be built around a comprehensive wellness concept, thoughtfully designed to support both mental and physical well-being for city dwellers.
